My voucher’s been
validated,
can I still get a refund?
Put simply, yes. We offer a no-questions-asked refund* up to 40 days before the date of your chosen trial,
just email us your refund request.
We provide this flexible refund policy to ensure
nothing stands in the way of you booking a place on a trial, even before
venues and dates are announced. If you find dates and venues are not
convenient we guarantee a refund* on request.
We are unable to offer refunds if cancellations are
received less than 40 days before a trial or after the trial has taken
place. In certain circumstances we may consider offering a free place
on a future trial, but this is not guaranteed.
Can I change the date and
venue of my trial?
Yes, but only once and you must give us at least 40
days notice. Customers who purchased ticket at a reduced price are not
entitled to ask for date changes.
